hOW CAN i FIX MY DVHRS02?

I recently purchsed a Combu DVD Recorder and VCR and the discs I have used are brand new, and after recording films they play for so long, and then the picture breaks up. I have played them on my Cpmputer and they have been perfect. The Discs are RW and I have made them compatible after recording.The Model of the Combi DVD REcorder abd VCR is DVHRS02
