how can i fix chaffoteaux britony combi 80?

the green power button is lit.when i switch heating/hotwater on the boiler sounds as if its coming on but theres no heating or hotwater

also flow switches can stick with the constant opening and closing of spindles clogging up with scale

the main pcbs can be very problematic on these boilers also hw and ch sensors get a corgi reg installer to check

My friend's got similar problems and his is the throttle valve that's gone. At the moment he's not getting any hot water.
