How can I fix my Creda IDW12?

My Creda IDW12 washer dryer stoped after wash cycle and the dial started clicking around. Now machine will wash but not comence rinse or spin

I have just had the same problem, the machine would wash but not complete a spin or rinse cycle and the dial continued to turn endlessly. The cause was the filter at the bottom right of the machine was severly blocked with coins and other bits of junk that get left in pockets and I guess this was not allowing all of the water out. It took a while to get the filter out as the coins kept stopping it from turning but got there in the end but be careful as a lot of water came out once I had freed the filter. Hope this helps
