I went away for a week and turned of the mains for the boiler.upon my return the lights would come on but there is no noise and no heating or hot water, the pressure gauge is also on 0. i do not have money for expensive call outs and the rest so please help.
first..re pressurise your boiler to 1 bar.....there should be a tap like thing under the boiler normally with a shiny flex like hose. add water via this tap till pressure reads one
