7 safe means that you have a maximum of 7 attempts left in which to enter the correct security code.you also have a waiting period between attempting to re-enter the code again if you get it wrong.
attempt 1-wait 10 seconds(display shows 10 safe)
attempt 2-wait 10 seconds(display shows 9 safe)
attempt 3-wait 10 minutes(display shows 8 safe)
attempt 4-wait 20 minutes(display shows 7 SAFE)
attempt 5-wait 40 minutes(display shows 6 safe)
attempt 6-wait 80 minutes(display shows 5 safe)
attempt 7-wait 160 minutes(display shows 4 safe)
attempt 8-wait 320 minutes(display shows 3 safe)
attempt 9-wait 640 minutes(display shows 2 safe)
attempt 10-time to find a profesional
to imput code turn ignition on,press and hold as button,switch on radio,keep as button pressed in until 4 dashes appear,may take some time,see above for an idea of how long,then press button 1until the first digit you require appears,then same again with buttons 2,3 +4.once your code is in press and hold as button again. i've borrowed these answers off VAUXHALLOWNERSNETWORK,as you own a vauxhall i recommend you try them for any future problems as they are brilliant!!!!
