Mend Briggs & Stratton Engine Spark Battery

Briggs and Stratton 12HP won't start?

I have replaced the battery, Solenoid, ingnition switch, spark plug and gas filter and this engine won't even spark. What is the problem?? The mower is 10 years old, but it hasn't been used that much.
Oh, I also changed the oil and drained and refilled the gas tank.
I give up.

I am trying to put a belt pully on my rider and need to know if the small pully goes nearest the bottom of the engine and the larger pully near the deck , or vise versa

There are kill switches under the seat and for reverse. Check to make sue that all kill switches are properly connected. Next, there is atleast one inline fuse which may be burned out. check that then let me know what you found.
