gilera cougar 125?

i also have a gilera cougar that was stolen an then recovered but the little darlings had taken the ignition or something to do with the ignition, but i got something of ebay, according to the manual i have its...
still cant figure out how to wire up the wires
inlet valve clearance states that its 0.08... exhaust is (10.003 in) cold engine...

I've been told the gilera cougar 125 is similiar to the honda xl 125, vulcan, and raptor, I'm still researching this and still learning,,,, jeees its like pulling my own teeth...
