How can I renew the belt on our Hotpoint Aquarius WF540?
Hi there. How can i remove any of the panels to gain full access to the pulleys for the belt. We have tried removing various screws, but none of them seem to loosen the outer panels. Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
Try removing the lid (a couple of screws) slide lid backwards it amazing what you can see with it off, MOST but not all hotpoints carry the motor at the top, So you can feed the belt on the small pulley then onto the large at this point ROTATE THE BIG PULLEY to HELP the belt ON like putting a chain back on a bike.ours is a hotpoint aquarius 1100
