Mend Zanussi Double Oven

Double Zanussi Oven broken?

Hi, Last night whilst cooking dinner, we heard a bang and our Zanussi double, built in oven stopped working (MAIN OVEN) it will light up, but not heat up, although the top oven is still working ok, has anyone any ideas what it could be? Thanks
