Mend GE APM6855 Refrigerator Thermostat Appliance

Where is the thermostat on the apm6855?

I am having similar problems with my apm6855 - the fridge compartment is not working, showing an H constantly. I called the helpline and they said sounds like a thermostat problem but they didn't know where the thermostat was and neither do we! Does anyone know where this is on the appliance?
