I just spoke with a parts person for electrolux. The advice he gave me was to remove the four screws from underneath the machine. Then to take a flat head screw driver and pull back the clips near the wheels. It should disassemble. As far as the upper part there are two screws on the back and two inside where the bag sits. I took it apart to change the cord. Now I am going to try changing the brush. Wish me luck!
