Mend InSinkErator Badger 5 Work Button Light

badger 5 repair?

The in sink erator(bagder 5) does not work. It does make a sound and the reset button goes off itself and does not come back on. We can see a light shot from the reset button too, What can we do to fix it up. Hss the motor gone dead?

I followed the instructions for the reset button, then using the Allen wrench bolt on the underside of the unit, unjammed the blades.
