cable adapter for Hitachi 42 pd5000?

I am not sure what you are trying to achieve because it is easy to make up a piece of coax with a European style Belling-Lee coax connectors at one end and an F connector at the other. I don't see what use it would be because the TV sets are so very different they won't work on each other's system.

I'd try a new question with more info about what you are trying to achieve.
