how can i fix my dsc home alarm?

i have a british gas dsc home alarm with a kp5501z keypad and i can not reset it.the lock code is 5-6-2-6, i need help getting the reset code.

Hi Jason, this system is obviously on engineer reset you will need the intervention of an engineer perhaps over the phone to reset it, if you no longer require this system on engineer reset ask them to change it back to user reset.
