worcester bosch 24cdi hot water tepid?

i have a worcester bosch 24cdi combi, just changed the diaphram and plate heat exchanger, but i am not able to get hot water. CH working fine. can anyone please advice

the gas valve is modulating correctly and pressure correct, checked by corgi gas installer.

Sounds as though your gas valve isn't modulating.Have a professional gas installer check your gas pressure.
Bottom line,probably your pcb or a thermistor.
