Mend Baxi 105e Hot Water Instant

hotwater faults?

my baxi 105e instant combi has got hotwater problem i have changed the diapram of hotwater and heating flashed the plate heat exchanger but only heating works but there is no hot water all the heat is going on towards heating site so i think i need to change the plate heat exchanger whats ur opinion it thats possbile pls
