Is this the Anti Pollutant Fault. If so I have read that this is related to a poor ground on a sensor. Something to do with the fuel pressure sensor. I have the same problem and it usually comes and goes, the fault that is.
The most annoying thing is that the engine is put into a limp home mode and all the power is gone when the fault is present.
I ususally stop, switch off for at least one minute, then reinsert the key and restart the enginer. Rev it a little and the fault clears.
