Spare Part for Polti Vaperetto Eco Pro 3000 steam cleaner?

I Have a Polti Eco Pro 3000 steam cleaner. Fantastic machine in great condition inside the plastic case. However the light grey plastic bottom half/ base has seriously cracked. A steam repair technichian can fix it is only we can get a spare base or find out the part number so we can order from Italy (they are no longer imported to Australia) I can not make myself understood to the Italians and a friend has now offored to get his Italian relatives to help but we need to find out the part number to order it from Italy. the The model number as recorded on the machine is
VT Eco Pro 3000
the serial number is PTEU 00 931 489 60 BD 14

The part that needs replacing is the entire base/ plastic caseing which is the part which is coloured
light grey. it is pictured on the polti website (www.polti.it) but I can past the picture into this message.
Please can anyone help me out of this drama!
