Mend Whirlpool S20BRSS31 Fridge Temp Ice

How can i mend whirlpool American Fridge Frezzer S20BRSS31?

The frezzer keeps droping temp and also recently when using the ICE maker the lights flash on the front panel, also when using the water dispenser this pulsates.

any suggestion would be welcome thank you
