how do i adjust the clutch in my toro riding mower?

my mower wont stay running. i replaced the battery, spark plug, fuel, fuel filter, and air filter. when i let the clutch off or try to engage the blades my mower stops.

adjust the carburettor to give more power, to speed it up. if that don't work then its being a prick and you should destroy it.
