How can we fix our black diva thomson t.v?

Hi there i have much the same problem my remot is a replacement and menu only lets me controle some menus it wont let me search for new channels.did you get yours sorted out.i found a website that says they have the right remot to do all.check it out you might find the one you need here is the site best regards seamus.
