Also when retuning channels either loose all BBC or ITV channels will eventually retune

Top up TV no longer exists so you need to revert to 8 day listings instead of 14. Go to Menu, then set up, then Box settings and change the period. That should fix it. Programmes will appear patchy at first and then fill up after a couple of hours.
