how do i get rid of this black mark?

After changing the toner on my copier i have a big black mark through all copies that i do, how can i fix this? it is on a RICOH AFICIO 2238C. Thanks!

Was it just the black toner you replaced and how many copies after doing this did fault appear? How wide is the black mark? Is it in the centre of the copy or to one side?
