Service re set on BMW 3 series?

How can I re set the service interval on my 1999 BMW 3 series, at the moment it is showing -11 miles to the next service

you need a re-set tool. some diagnostic scanners can do it also. there is a way of doing it with a power probe but not quite sure how to do it.
