Mend Ford T260 Alarm Transit Van

how can i fix my alarm on a transit van?

I have a transit van T260 year 51.
The alarm goes of while the van is unlocked and you are getting things from out the rear of the van.
It goes of while you are sat inside the van while parked
It now has started cutting out while driving along.
Ford have had it in but cannot find a problem.
