Mend King Electrical KFD527G3 Installation Problem Help

Installation of the KFD527G3 dimmer?

The old dimmer were take off to get new dimmer and were lucky to get the same dimmer. The problem know is the installation of the dimmer. Have you got installation page that you can refer me to. Please help thank you
