Which element are you looking at?
According to the makers blurb, the oven does fan cooking as well as conventional. The fan oven element is probably the circular one round the fan.
Maybe disconnect both wires from the suspect element and carefully insulate them, then try the stove again. If it trips the problem is elsewhere.
My money is on the element.
