kia rio 2003?

i had a new clutch fitted and after i fitted it ran great from 2 day then i was on way home and at 70 mph i started to loss revs and it when down to 3000 rpm and it would not go any higher then the car just stop and when i tried to start it again it would not start anybody no what is wrong ?
