Squeaking/clicking Clutch on a 206 GTI?

Hi All

I'm hoping you can help. I had some trouble with my clutch (very heavy and made a squeeking/grinding sound) so I had it changed, putting in a new clutch. All was ok for a month and then, although still light, it started squeeking again. I took the clutch back (turned out to be reconditioned) and replaced it with a new LUX clutch. All was great but 2 weeks later, there is now a clicking sound coming from it and when in traffic (slow depressing and release) it makes another squeeking sound. Not very loud but surely for a new clutch this shouldn't happen? My Father in law fitted it (used to be a mechanic for years) and he's lost patience with it and says he doesnt know what else it can be. Can anyone shed any light on what else it could be please? Thank you.
