Mend FoodSaver FM2100 Piece Bottom Machine

Getting the back piece off of FoodSaver FM-2100?

I am trying to clean the suck hose on my FoodSaver vacuum sealer. To do that I need to get in to the bottom of the machine. I can get an edge but back won't pry off. I'm afraid I am going to break the plastic. Any suggestions? Thanks.
