My 5200XL fell - and a part disconnected?

It may well be worth giving Magimix HQ a call and ask their advice. In the olden days, one could take a broken appliance to an electrical repair shop but nowadays these are few and far between I imagine, and generally people simply dispose of one appliance to replace it with a new one. If your machine isnt very old, and Magimix should give a good few years of use, it is worth contacting Magimix.
