Mend Dimplex XT18 Series G Turned Heat Hot

Dimplex XT18 Series G?

I dont know if anyone can help.

My aunt has a Dimplex XT18 Series G, everything is turned right down to 1 but it is still pumping out heat and in this weather is so hot in the house.

Anyone know how I could turn it off or what might be wrong with it?

Look for the cable from the heater. Does it go into the wall at a plate with a switch? Turn that off till autumn.

There should be a separate mains switch in or near the fusebox, specifically for the heaters. Turn that off if you can.
