How to mend stiching on a leather wallet?

if it is around the outer edges you will need to carefully glue all parts back together,allow to dry,then using a sewing machine with a needle suitable for leather/thick cloth ie denim,measure the stitch by bringing the needle down through the hole of original stitch and moving the wheel manually to next hole.if it is different size stitch,alter size until needle enters exactly where you require.do not thread needle until you have finished this stage.if you do not have a sewing machine,it can be done by hand but you will probably need a thimble
