when i try to connect web cam it says code 28 so i try to install drivers and it says not possible and i dont have software for web cam how do i connect the web cam and drivers
try the manufacturer website and download it there.

ok here is the question that i have i brought a panoramic dc -4000 digital camera /webcam brand new out the box with the softwear i put the softwear in the drive and i was hook up to veiw the webcam on yahoo messenger and it work find but the problem started went i remove the softwear from my computer to do a recovery on my computer went i try to download the softwear back into my computer my drive didn't work anymore so i can't get the softwear back onto my computer to view my webcam i would like to know if there is in any way that i can do this without the softwear being downloaded on to my computer ...if you can guide me though this matter i would really appciate this... thanks
