you just need to try to download the software off the internet or call the company and ask for a new software cd

i have typed veo stingray into my google browser and it has come up with the makers website, if you go into the makers website you will see a link for downloads, click it and it will display software drivers click that and select your model and when you download it you can then save it to disk.
