What does the flashing 'C' mean on a Countax C300?

I have a Ride On, 'C' keeps flashing on dash board, no manual available, help.

20amp fuse nos 1 (yellow) is blown or moved, replace.

I think it means its charging- unlike a car the red light comes on to indicate charging on a countax
