Mend Zenith C32V37 Blue Green Minutes

Blue lines and green tint on Zenith HDTV?

I have a Zenith C32V37 32" HDTV. After it is on for a few minutes, blue horizontal lines begin to flash accross the screen and then the tint turns to greenish. Sometimes it will go back and forth bewtween normal and the tint problem. It is a year old and I have digital cable and home theater connected to it.
