replacing door hinge to hotpoint aquarius 1100?

ive just removed the door and hinge off my hotpoint as hinge and fittings was broke. problem is as i unscrewed the hinge i heard a bang and im guessing ive dropped the attachment for the screws to screw into inside front of washer. how can i get to this aswell as fit a new hinge.... answers pls x
