Mend Volkswagen Sharan Speaker Door Panel

How do I replace speaker covers on VW Sharan 2.0 2000 (or Ford Galaxy)?

The speaker covers on the doors of my Sharan have broken. I need to replace them, but dont want to take the door panel off (dont know how to without damage)

I can buy the speaker covers, but need to know how to replace broken ones

I think the Ford Galaxy/Seat Alhambra are the same

Volkswagen Volkswagen Sharan Vehicles, Cars Speaker Door Panel

I simply use wire cutters on the posts on the old grilles to take them off and then use blue tack on the new ones rather than take the panels off. Mine have held in place for 3 years now.

John, there is an advert one-bay under the tunning & accessories title that sells the speaker grill sets for less than £10 but includes instructions on how to replace them without taking the door panels off !!! good luck
