how can i fix my ravenheat 80e boiler?

my ravenheat 80e boiler fails to ignite intermitantly plumber tried changing the board also several thermisters and ignition electrode and sensing elecrode fault still there?????? boiler only 3yrs old not happy with quality of boiler i think was faulty when bought can you help please?????
