potterton puma 80e fuse keeps blowing?

recently moved boiler to new position ,but now the fuse keeps blowing as soon as i try to switch it on . how can i fix this problem? do i need a new control board for the potterton puma 80e

installed new control boards front and back . getting 240v from p1 on board and nothing from p6. is the transformer gone? friend said to check pump is turning.any suggestions?

Without testing it is impossible to say, it could be any number of the internals that is causing the problem. However I would be checking that the wireing is correct seeing as its just been moved and that you have no direct shorts.
I would reccomend you seek a qualified service engineers help.
