Mend Gas Change Changing

How do i disconnect a gas hob as i want to change my worktops?

I'm changing my worktops and need to disconnect the gas hob. Can i do it myself and how easy it?

Simple, if you are in the UK.
The hose connecting the hob to the supply will have a bayonet type fitting at the supply end. Just push and unscrew as you would a light bulb.
