Sounds like the transit bolts havent been removed if it is brand new,have you got the instructions? there is usually some bolts on the back you remove to allow the drum to float,the drum inside the cabinet should wobble around when moved if not the whole machine wobbles.If the supplier fitted it they should have done that,the instructions tell you how to free the drum before use.
