replacing nearside and offside wishbone there is a bar connecting one to the other ball joint nut broke on one and having big trouble getting it of the bar.the bar does'nt seem to be doing anything it is bolted to the chassis in two places then bolted to the wishbone either side as the wishbone is bolted and cannot move is this bar of importance.
This bar is VERY important to your suspension, its called an "Anti Roll Bar" It makes your job easier if you insert the anti roll bar to your wish bone BEFORE fitting up the wishbones to the strutt (Ball joint)
