my storage heater starts to give off a burning smell?

Dear Mark,

I seem to be having similar problems. I don't think anytning is burning as such. It is just the way it works. Also I noticed mine is emitting some kind of dark matter, invisible of course but when i wake up in the morning I have not this black dust in my hair, skin and breathing. It is very annoying and I am trying to contact my agent to check what is causing this.
