i got a new bt studio 1100 single handset and base.i can get incoming calls but the person on the other end cant hear me.also i can not ring out .i cant check the manual as there wasnt one can you please help thanks
We have bought a pair (base and satellite) and have a similar problem. we can make calls and although the person can hear us talking, we can't hear the person talking to us. however when we call the phones internally from each other it is crystal clear both ways. very odd!! we bought thru amazon marketplace and of course the seller is ignoring our emails!
