bt studio 1100?

We have bought a pair (base and satellite) and have a similar problem. we can make calls and although the person can hear us talking, we can't hear the person talking to us. however when we call the phones internally from each other it is crystal clear both ways. very odd!! we bought thru amazon marketplace and of course the seller is ignoring our emails!

Sounds like a fault with the phone possibly the microphone not working but you can download the user guide from the link below (PDF format)
