Yes i just did it to mine you need a room stat like from b and q. I used the (T6360)the three wire type . Turn the boiler off at the mains. Mount room stat where you want it about 1.5 meters up wall. Using 1mm twin and earth cable to connect from stat to boiler. Lift off front white cover on boiler by pulling out at lower part and lifting off. Undo two screws holding the lower panel, tilt it forward to reveal circuit board. To the far right of board there is a connector with 5 screw connections in. The top 1 + 2 are for a frost stat you dont need these for room stat ,just the lower three . Numbered from the top 1,2,3,4,5. Three and four should have a link connecting them together. Remove this link ,this is where you will connect your three wires to.
Inside the stat i wired brown wire to number 1, Blue wire to number 2 and the earth wire to number 3.
Route the cable to your boiler then it goes into the lower cover after you remove the two screws from inside the lower cover looking up under it. There are some plastic hole blanks which you will need to make a hole into one to put the cable through then blue wire goes to the bottom of the connector block (number 5) then the earth wire goes to the next one up (number 4) then the brown wire goes to the one above that (number 3).
