trying to find out where my filter is on my hotpoint wf 860 ultima 1600 spin washing machine as looked everywhere i can think of and cannot find it.

you can locate the filter at the front of the machine,on the underside pull your machine out from the wall and tip it backwards,you will find a pipe about 2 inches across with a big clip on it securing a plastic plug,get a pair of pliers squeeze the clip together and pull off,remove plug and clean.ps unplug your machine first
