Contact the manufacturer; as there shouldn't be water leaking from the vent pipe. As it means that it is overheating, and boiling, which then releases the steam via a pressure relief valve.
My mum's boiler had the same fault, the British Gas Service Engineer contacted the manufacturer, and once he replaced the faulty part, we haven't had any more trouble.
