Mend Betz Dearborn Combi Boiler Water Pressure Heating System

how can I adjust the water pressure on my betzdearborn combi boiler?

the pressure is high (in the red on the guage) on my betzdearborn combi boiler. there are 2 valves that I once saw the plumber adjust to reduce pressure, but every time I fiddle with them the pressure just goes higher. what can I do?
